Preventive and social medicine survey

The Trust undertook a survey in 93 villages from Osmanabad and Kalamb Taluka to assess the health status of residents. The two year survey conducted between the summer of 2004 and summer of 2006 revealed several patients who were enduring serious ailments simply because they could not afford treatment. The Trust arranged to give them free treatment at the Terna Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai.
